Bus bars for a 15Ah Cmax pack for DIY 12S (50.4 volt) pack. Download the STL's and upload to Send Cut Send or another laser cutter to make out of 3/16" 6061 aluminum. This uses the thin 5AH cells from a non-energi model. This design uses the original pack compression, but you MUST rearrange the polarity of the cells into groups of 3. This means that there MUST be 3 red or black terminals next to each other. The middle bus bars are 6 holes long and connect a group of 3 reds to a group of 3 black…
