1.75 in is one of the most popular header primary sizes, especially for V8 and performance builds. Mandrel bends in this size are not cheap, and you never have exactly the radius you need. So I made this jig to cut my own pie cuts. This is the 10° jig for 44.45 mm / 1.75 in OD tube. 9 sectors make a 90° bend, the smoothest and roundest result of all my angles.
