How I make a 90° in 2 in tube with this jig: 1. Choose the radius. Without insert you get 2D (CLR 101.6 mm / 4 in). Add the 1.5D insert for CLR 76.2 mm / 3 in, or the 1D insert for the tightest bend, CLR 50.8 mm / 2 in. 2. Slide the 50.8 mm / 2 in OD tube into the jig and clamp the jig in the bandsaw vise. 3. Cut. Turn the tube 180°. Cut again. The piece falls into the pocket of the jig. 4. Repeat until you have 5 pieces – 5 x 18° = 90°. 5. Tack, check, weld. That's it. No angle finder, no mark…
