The 3D Colt is a custom 3D-printed air duct adapter specially designed to fit Fibre-Metal® (Honeywell) hard hats and helmets, connecting them directly to a 3M™ Adflo™ PAPR system. The design consists of two separate parts — the air duct and the adapter — which securely snap and lock together. As shown in the 3D model renders, the duct is contoured to wrap neatly around the brim and inner shell of the helmet.
