Aztec Casualties

The Aztec held captives in high esteem, with capture of enemies being the main way to advance up the military and social ladder. This did not preclude the inevitability of casualties in battle. Arrows pierce flesh, tepoztopilli spears can impale a victim, and the obsidian lined macuahuitl club can cut a man to ribbons. This set provides a variety of casualty figures of multiple ranks from Aztec warrior societies. Sculpting: Thai Ngo
