This was a profitable and fun make. I printed the base in gold and did the color change text in black. I would flood epoxy both sides to protect the small print and over all appeal of the keychain. Then glue the two sides together with StarBond or epoxy. Using epoxy was cleaner. What I can tell you is - the smallest I would go in printing the keychain sides - is 1.75 Inches.
