Specialized tool for replacing the crankshaft front oil seal (Simmerring) on BMW N46 engines. This tool is installed in place of the crankshaft vibration damper (harmonic balancer). The vibration damper must be secured with 4 bolts for this tool to be compatible. Some versions use only 3 bolts and are not compatible. 4 longer bolts and 4 washers are required to use this tool. Tested and 100% functional in PLA.
