I designed this under cabinet bread rack to gain more countertop space. I mostly use it for sliced bread, but works for all types of bread. All parts have tabs and/or slot to ensure proper alignment when assembling them. I used cyanoacrylate glue to bond the parts together and double sided tape to mount it under a cabinet.
