A double spiral ornament made from one continuous round wire: two flat spirals of about four turns each sit side by side, joined by a V-shaped wire that rises to a small round loop at the top. It is completely flat, about 4 mm thick. So-called spectacle spirals, made of bronze wire wound into two linked coils, were worn as brooches and pendants in parts of Bronze Age and Early Iron Age Europe.
