Bulgar light cavalry

The First Bulgarian Empire covered a large portion of southeastern Europe during the seventh to eleventh centuries, competeing locally with the Byzantine Empire. Fast cavalry armored and weilding bows, swords and spears formed a proportion of the Bulgarian Empire's military strength, and these troops are depicted in this set. Sculptor: Thai Ngo
