Cracking Open – Seed Pod & Egg Sculpture, two-part, Korean relief (235 mm)

A seed pod caught mid-split: three torn sepals of different heights open around a true egg form (Hügelschäffer curve, tilted 11°) that rises toward the widest crack. From the back it looks almost closed; from the front it is fully open. Shell and egg carry raised Korean dancheong-style relief (lotus medallions, scroll-vine band, dotted bands, ≈1.2 mm high).
