CT116 Conveyor Belt Drive Modification

I have overhauled the drives for all conveyor belts on the well-known CT116 screening plant from CT3DDESIGN. All right-angle gearmotors have been replaced with JGA25-370 motors with belts. +++Update September 23, 2026+++ I noticed that the tension on the conveyor belts at the three cantilevers is actually much too high. The belts aren’t slipping, but the motors are being subjected to unnecessary strain. I shortened the last segment of the arms by 7 mm to reduce the tension on the conveyor belt.…
