A cable holder that actually keeps the cable. Each of the five slots is a keyhole: the cable slips in through the 2.4 mm gap and drops into the 8 mm round seat, where it stays put instead of popping back out every time you tug on it. The flat underside takes double-sided tape, and two screw holes are there if you want it permanent. Raised ribs on the front give it grip.
