Dome knob for D-shaft 6.35 mm, deep flat - 4 sizes 16/20/25/30 mm, no supports

A dome over a knurled band. The dome is deliberately flatter than a hemisphere: a true half-sphere would print at 65 degrees of overhang and need supports. For the 1/4 inch shaft with the deep flat, 3.96 mm remaining. Careful: 1/4 inch D-shafts come in two shapes.
