Ideally this should be printed with Multi-Jet Fusion (MJF) or Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), but a good-enough print can be made with a home Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) printer in PLA or ABS. Solid and hollow versions are included in the zip file. For FDM printing, the part is probably best oriented with the large hook feature at the top, as shown in the attached image.
