A baker's bench scraper that does the two jobs it is asked to do. The straight edge cuts and portions dough on the worktop, and it is graduated every 10 mm from 0 to 100 so you can size a portion without reaching for a ruler. The opposite edge is a 60 mm radius curve that follows the inside of a mixing bowl and takes the last of the dough with it. The window in the middle is the grip.
