A coronet with a plain round band and a flat rim, on which stand tall, rounded leaf-shaped points with small pointed tips, alternating with small balls. It is about 62 mm across and 25.7 mm tall - a miniature display size. In European heraldry, the rank of a noble was shown by the design of the coronet: a British duke's coronet, for example, carries eight strawberry leaves on the rim.
