Fan Adapter for Nvidia Tesla V100

This is an adapter for connecting an NVIDIA Tesla V100 to a cooling fan. I made some revisions based on feedback from the first people who purchased this. I added screw holes to secure the fan. Since the fan hole was 4 mm, I drilled a 4.25 mm hole. I’ve left the old STL file as is, so feel free to use whichever one you prefer. I made this at the request of a friend.
