This conversion is not for the faint of heart and you will lose the 2-speed transmission in the FCX24. It requires cutting out the stock skid and drilling four holes in the stock chassis. However, when you're done you have a very clean setup that performs very well.1. Remove the stock motor/transmission, ESC/RX, battery, shift servo, and shift linkage.2.
