I needed to make a series of 4” dados, which is too large for MicroJig Dado Stop (https://a.co/d/00DXHBh) (which my model is designed after). Bridge City Tools makes a Kerfmaker that will do 4” (https://bridgecitytools.com/products/km-2v2-kerfmaker-pro), but the measurement point must start at a stop at the end of your miter gauge, which doesn’t work if your stock is longer than your miter gauge (i.e. no stop available in the open air).
