This is used to put the engine in TDC.Made to save time and skip the bolt that usually is mounted on the side of the engine. With this tool you can put the engine in TDC without removing a lot of stuff on the side of the enigine. Save... a lot of hours and I think each hour of that work is about one year total life time.
