# Parametric Spring-Loaded Camera Lens Cap A functional, 3D-printable replacement front lens cap designed by FormByLayer. This design uses two sliding finger grips and a small compression spring. Squeezing the grips retracts the retaining sections so the cap can be installed or removed from the lens. Releasing them allows the spring to push the grips outward again and secure the cap in place.
