Guards - Captain of the Guard Gustav

Gustav, Captain of the Garrison, is an old veteran who strikes fear into his men. He's been through it all, riots, invasions, disasters and survived them all. When he commands, you better follow orders, for your own good. A visually higher tier guard, pointing to give a sense of command and authority. A very good npc, good or bad, for any story involving generals, captains, or ranking npcs!
