A spoked handwheel. Uses about a third less material than a solid knob of the same diameter and gives the feel of a valve wheel. For the 5 mm shaft with a flat at 4.52 mm - the NEMA 17 stepper shaft, the one on your printer's Z axis and extruder. Bore built to 4.6 mm.
