A display figurine inspired by the Venus of Hohle Fels, the small mammoth-ivory figure (about 6 cm) found in 2008 in the Hohle Fels cave near Schelklingen in south-west Germany. Dated to at least 35,000 years ago, it is one of the oldest known depictions of the human body. As on the original, this model has no head: a round loop sits above the shoulders, which suggests the original may have been worn as a pendant.
