This is an speaker adapter to swap factory bose speakers 5.5 inches to a 6.5in after market speaker, you will need to cut the plastic rim on the door speaker trim in order to fit it perfectly. Screws for the door are the factory ones, screws for the speakers, better to use 5mm plastic screws.
