Two halves wrap the lower body of the X5 and pull together with two M3 screws, giving you a cold shoe, a GoPro fork and two 1/4" points at once - instead of unscrewing one adapter to fit another. THE CLEARANCE IS THE DESIGN On a 360 camera anything beside the lens lands in the frame and has to be painted out in stitching.
