Ista Breeze I-2000 wind turbine blade low wind speed modification

Ista Breeze I-2000 blades are very badly designed for low wind speed situations, tip is facing 1 degree to wrong direction etc. So I designed a quick fix, these are placed under the blades to modify the angle. 10 degree version is for extreme cases, 5 degree is a good starting point. https://youtu.be/1GSLmAf63nE
