Ladder for Hosehead G1 Transformers Headmasters

An exact replica and an optimised version of Hosehead's ladder. Measurements taken from an intact part. The optimised parts have a flat bottom to minimise supports, and a separate hinge part designed to keep FDM prints from breaking. The optimised top ladder contains slots for two inlay panels to cover up the ugliness of the inner overhangs / supports. The fire extinguisher at the end of the ladder has a tiny ratchet built in to angle it in steps of 45 degree angles, like the original. This too…
