Many years ago I bought a nylon knife called the CIA letter opener. I created my own version, since I can no longer find them, and what the hey, I 3d print stuff. It feels realy nice in the hand. Here is my version. I printed mine in PETG-CF, it would probably be better with Nylon-CF.
