Crossbows and staff slings give these Late Roman frontier troops their distinct roles. The Limitanei Arcubalist and Fustibalus were created to represent both weapons faithfully, with soldiers loading, aiming and casting. Tunics and soft caps place the figures within the LastSword Limitanei range. Their actions show the equipment at work, adding crossbowmen and staff slingers to a frontier infantry collection.
