This is a focus adapter for mounting a Zwo EAF on a Mak 127, allowing you to focus automatically and improve the quality of your images. There is one version for mounting with the original VisualBack and another for mounting if you use the Celestron 0.63x reducer. The connecting piece is the same for both versions.
