Michelangelo's David as a tissue box cover - with the sculpture left completely intact. A hollow plinth is added underneath the rock base that doubles as a tissue-box housing: a standard cube tissue box (~112 mm) drops in through the open front and tissues pull out of a slot on the plinth top between the statue's feet.
