Model Railway OO Sleeper Spacing Tool Modern Track

Recently, I started building an exhibition layout and wanted the sleeper spacing to be more realistic. Bullhead wasn't appropriate because Bullhead dates back to the main line to the 1950's. My layout is based around the late 80's and needed flat bottom track, but the Peco Track sleeper spacing is based around HO scale and is about 7-7.5mm apart; realistically for OO it needs to be 8.5mm to 9.5mm.
