The device is a finger splint made to help wounded fingers heal by supporting and shielding them. It uses a lightweight, robust framework composed of long-lasting materials to immobilize the finger in a fixed position. By keeping the finger in the correct alignment and preventing needless movement, the splint promotes the healing of bones, tendons, or tissues.
