A domed head on a slim neck - it sits in the palm rather than between the fingers. The neck carries the hub, so on thick shafts this form starts one size up. For the 5 mm shaft with a flat at 4.52 mm - the NEMA 17 stepper shaft, the one on your printer's Z axis and extruder. Bore built to 4.6 mm.
