N: DIY-Catenary pole base for piers

These are replacement parts for catenary pole bases supplied by KATO with its 23-019 and 23-020 piers. Interestingly Kato supplements the 23-019-piers with pole bases of 69/18mm-distance, that will work only with standard double track viaducts, were the 6-leg piers (23-020) comes with the wider 83/25mm pole base, that looks nice only with the modern and wider slab roadbed viaducts.
