Old World Base - 50x75 to 100x150 Adapter for Gargantuan Treeman

New Adapter I whipped up in the wake of the new Wood Elf Gargantuan Treeman - as detailed in the Warhammer: Old World - River of Bones Arcane Journal. I hope it is useful to some folks - let me know with a comment! The adapter base has some wiggle room after a few drafts that were a bit snug/required force to fit.
