This is a locking clip for PCI Express (PCIe / PCI-e) 1x GPU riser cards (USB) to prevent them being dislodged from the slot - as they frequently do without a clip. There are other designs available but I found them unnecessarily tricky to print reliably, and without supports. Other designs are also rather more difficult to install.
