A twist counter that has both Positive + and Negative - Counts, for both Power / life, and cost level. Including a blank for only cost or power. Multi colour not needed, you can simply remove inserts before printing. Designed for the One Piece TCG, but can easily be used in other applications. Goes from -7 to +7 cost and -7000 power to +7000 power. You can also use the cost a multiplier. e.g. 3 (cost) x 4000 (power) = 12000 power. Measurements are about, 13mm x 13mm x 62mm.
