This scepter will complete your President Loki cosplay! It is assembled onto a 4ft 5/8in diameter dowel, so it will be nice and sturdy. The pole pieces have mating features that makes assembly simple. There are two versions of the snake head file. One version is split into two to make attaching the ball simpler. If you want a solid decorative piece I've included a unified version, though attaching the ball may be made more difficult.
