A shelf sculpture about light passing through a mass. One body with two crests of different heights is cut by 44 thin plates that all pass through a single vertical line just behind it. The slits gather toward that line and open outward like rays, so the piece turns from a striped wall into an open fan as you walk past it, and light falls through it in lines.
