I designed this tool for 1/10 RC touring car tyres to help break in and soften the internal foam insert before running the tyres. The roller fits inside the wheel and allows you to work the tyre backwards and forwards on a hard, flat surface. This helps break in the foam insert and allows the tyre carcass and insert to settle, helping create the correct air gap and a more consistent feel from the tyre.
