Ribbed Globe Perfume Bottle with Tiara Stopper

A round perfume bottle with a ribbed globe body divided by a moulded band, raised on a small pedestal foot. The neck carries a domed knob and a tall scalloped stopper shaped like a tiara, pierced with seven round openings in an arc. Pierced fan and crown-shaped stoppers were a showpiece of glamorous dressing-table bottles in the 1920s and 1930s, often made in frosted or cut glass.
