Sausage and Fish Drying Rack

This is a rack for drying or cold-smoking of sausage or fish. The model was developed as derivation of this (https://www.printables.com/model/61501-wurstgalgen-sausage-dry-rack) one for specific conditions, at the request of my friend. Dimension are taken from initial model, but before printing it was scaled down to 60 % of it's original size A drip tray can be placed underneath the sausage. Every questions or feedback are welcome
