Slim Skadis Mount for Pegboard

I wanted a bunch of storage items that are made for Skadis boards but I don't have Ikea near me and didnt want to spend $60 for a single panel(including delivery). I couldn't find a slim adapter plate or whole panel with with pegs on it, so i finally caved and made one.
