Soft Cable Tie

My buddy complained that using zipties to tie up his cables was cutting into them. Also with zipties you have to cut them loose. He asked me to make this, where you wrap a cable in a rubberband, then twist this thing around it to keep it in place. To loosen it, just untwist the part.
