Sun Swirl, Twisted Vortex Star Sculpture (Sacred Geometry Series)

Sun Swirl comes from the science of a vortex: the way wind gathers, spins and rises along an axis. We started with a flowing, nature-inspired curvy star cross-section inside a hexagonal envelope, then twisted it along its axis, so six thin blades sweep upward from a star at the base, draw in to a narrow waist, and open into a star again at the top.
