T-34(1943) Soviet Tank

The T-34 Model 1943 was a late-production version of the Soviet T-34 medium tank, introduced during World War II. It retained the effective 76.2 mm F-34 gun, 45 mm sloped hull armor, and V-2 diesel engine. Its most recognizable feature was the enlarged hexagonal turret with a redesigned cupola on many examples, improving the crew's visibility and situational awareness. The Model 1943 served extensively on the Eastern Front before the introduction of the more powerful T-34-85.
