Thumb screw knob for M4 socket head cap screw - wing knob, 4 sizes 30/36/44/54 mm, no supports

Three wings with a teardrop section. Turned between thumb and forefinger, so it takes more torque than a round knob its size. Takes the head of an ISO 4762 (DIN 912) socket head cap screw M4 from the back. A hex boss in the pocket floor engages the screw's socket, so the knob turns the screw instead of slipping round it.
